O aplicativo e-SUS Território foi desenvolvido pelo Departamento de Atenção Básica do Ministério da Saúde com o objetivo de facilitar o processo de trabalho dos agentes de saúde (ACS/ACE). O download do aplicativo deverá ser feito em dispositivos do tipo tablet e Smartphone, viabilizando o registro das visitas domiciliares de forma rápida e segura.

Os dados cadastrados no aplicativo são integrados aos dados do Sistema e-SUS AB com Prontuário Eletrônico do Cidadão (PEC), portanto, para fazer o uso da ferramenta, é necessário que o município responsável pelo acompanhamento domiciliar tenha uma versão do Prontuário instalada e devidamente configurada com as credenciais do agente de saúde e sua lotação na unidade básica de saúde em atuação, por meio do Cadastro Nacional de Estabelecimento de Saúde (CNES). Dessa forma, a sincronização do aplicativo com o PEC será efetuada.

Aplicativos móveis na Estratégia e-SUS AB

O Departamento de Atenção Básica (DAB) incluiu na Estratégia e-SUS Atenção Básica (e-SUS AB) aplicativos móveis para registro das ações realizadas pelos profissionais de saúde em locais de difícil manejo de computadores ou notebooks. A disponibilização do aplicativo se integra às ações do DAB na ampliação do acesso a novas tecnologias para apoiar o processo de trabalho das equipes de Saúde da Família (eSF), e, de modo geral, às equipes de Atenção Básica (eAB), dada a importância das ações da AB em todo o território nacional. Nesse contexto, o aplicativo e-SUS AB Território priorizou os Agentes de Saúde (ACS/ACE), dada a capilaridade das ações no território para fora da unidade de saúde.

The e-SUS Territory application was developed by the Department of Primary Care of the Ministry of Health in order to facilitate the work process of health agents (ACS / ACE). The data registered in the application are integrated with the data of the e-SUS AB System with Electronic Citizen’s Record (PEC), therefore, to use the tool, it is necessary that the municipality responsible for home monitoring has a version of the Record installed and properly configured with the credentials of the health agent and its capacity in the basic health unit in operation, through the National Register of Health Establishment (CNES). In this way, the application will be synchronized with the PEC.

Mobile apps in the e-SUS AB Strategy

The Department of Primary Care (DAB) included in the e-SUS Basic Care Strategy (e-SUS AB) mobile applications for recording actions taken by health professionals in places where computers or notebooks are difficult to handle. The availability of the application is part of the DAB’s actions in expanding access to new technologies to support the work process of the Family Health teams (eSF), and, in general, the Primary Care teams (eAB), given the importance of AB’s actions throughout the national territory.
